I want to know how he motivates his team, does he have them ready to play to their best ability?

Stats? CPJ has great O stats. Big deal. Means nothing.

And how would one tell if a Coach X "motivates his team" and "has them ready to play to their best ability"? How would we figure that out or measure it?

CPJ does not have great O stats these days. The past few years our offensive stats have been very mediocre. (Using S&P+ rankings, we're 56, 44 and 61 the past three years.)
