Has anyone taken the time to reevaluate him?

I believe this is DRads job, but why don't you do some research before you make judgments. All I know is if it takes a "gimmick" offense to win games, I'm all for it. Also he understands that academics are not extracurricular since they don't have cupcake majors at Navy, he knows Georgia high schools and recruiting from his time at GaSouthern and if he can convince kids to join the service to play football I'm sure he can get players to come to GT.

Don't just regurgitate what the guy next to you says.

Why do you assume this? It's my opinion.
Don't get too attached to "your choice" for a new coach. It's likely you won't get who you want and you many get Gailey in the end.

I like Edsall just fine, but he has a much better chance making a BCS bowl in the Big East and GaTech would be a much more difficult job.

I just want the right person, not the hot name at the time.

You mean a gimmick offense like Wake Forest runs. You'll never when an ACC championship with that.

chris hatcher from gsu... i will not call myself a smart one and cannot promise he will be the answer to all the problems but i know that he can score points. like i said i am not smart enough to be a head coach or an athletic director and do not pretend to have any knowledge that i dont actually have but this guy is a winner and will be a winner for years to come

They did beat app. state!

He's definitely an option. He did really well at Valdosta state.
