With Egbuniwe possibly out anyone think we play another True Fresh this week? Cummings Crenshaw or Dieke?

We're down to two legit DE's (Morgan and Cross). And an undersized linebacker convert in Tongo.

Maybe slide Peters back outside?

Where have you read that Egbunwie is out?

Huh? EBoo is out? Peters belongs outside. Wot?

Gosh, I think we're seeing the effects of the regime change. Every new coach/staff takes a couple of years to get acquainted.

I've heard him and Zack Fisher are both sick...let's hope its not swine

This better be a rumor or just a cold because we cannot take any more attrition on defense if we want to win @ F$U. For the first time in about a decade, our defense is now the liability.

No unfortunately, Johnson said tonight on the call in show that Egbuniwe was "highly doubtful" b/c he was "sick". He didn't elaborate beyond that.

I'm pretty sure it is more than a rumor. Not sure of the specifics of it though.

Sh*t...Well Izaan Cross is going to have to grow up really quick in the next few days then.

Damn....this H1N1 is happening Talkers....one of my staff was rushed to ER today and confirmed. Need to be aware of complications and seriousness of this crap.
I say we blame this on Arkansas for all this!
And if this "rumor" is true on this thread, then let's all wish him speedy recovery.

H1N1 is a non-event. Just a weak flu. I got it and was good to go in 3 days. Hope Egbuniwe heals as quickly.

His status hasn't been listed on USA Today's matchups, but I did find something rather odd.

It seems that seven different F$U players are listed as questionable for Saturday with knee injuries. Of those seven, two are DTs and two are LBs. I doubt they'd want to play with all the cut blocking we do, it has to take its toll on a player's knees. Guess that's good news if they do in fact play.

Yeah for the most part, H1N1 has been much less severe than your run-of-the-mill seasonal flu. Where it is a problem is in the very young or old, and those with compromised immune systems, cardiac patient, etc......pretty much like all viral illnesses.

However, people still feel like crap for a few days and it takes awhile to get back up to speed. The thing that sucks for players that get it, is they miss practice time, and lord knows our defense needs all the practice they can get

what?!?! the ONLY other guy besides D-Mo putting pressure on the QB is out.

we're gonna lose. It's over. With the blackout, and their amazing secondary, and the guys taking a bus down to Tally, it's over... 4-2 season right there... ;)
