If an entire school system fails to be accredited, wouldn't that set up that county and the state for massive lawsuits? I can't believe they can allow an entire system's students to not be eligible for a hs diploma or to attend college.
I'm not sure how much a lawsuit against Clayton county will win you. Ultimately, though, you are right. If vouchers are not an option and one has to pay taxes and has to go to a school that could cost one's son or daughter a $100,000 scholly, then a class action lawsuit should be brought against this incompetent crooks.
Seems like they're the ones who should be sued for putting the wrong folks in office in the first place.:rolleyes:Would this class action suit be limited only to people who voted in school board elections? That would be funny.
