I'm not sure how much a lawsuit against Clayton county will win you. Ultimately, though, you are right. If vouchers are not an option and one has to pay taxes and has to go to a school that could cost one's son or daughter a $100,000 scholly, then a class action lawsuit should be brought against this incompetent crooks.

Would this class action suit be limited only to people who voted in school board elections? That would be funny.

Seems like they're the ones who should be sued for putting the wrong folks in office in the first place.:rolleyes:
 
So you're going to sue your own county, and then pay higher taxes or get fewer benefits in order for them to pay out the lawsuit.

Pretty awesome, imo.

Matter of fact, I went to the *skool* now known locally as *Da Park*. My parents still live in the county so I've been watching it decay for some time now. I didn't get into GT on my SAT verbal score, that's for sure.
