The Brown kid at NCState is an exceptional runner. As is Andrews at Wake.

If they can be shut down, it is silly to act like Choice is just going to walk all over them.

If you had said 'they haven't seen an OL and a Fullback like we have I'd agree. But we have no proof that Brown wouldn't be as good or better given our supporting cast. Or Andrews for that matter...

I'll be in Laramie WY, even though a TV game it may not be on out there, raise hell and make noise. I want to know that the BC experienced QB had problem calling the plays.

As much as I would love for a good game, these guys are pumped. They had that fire in their eyes today like they cant wait. The boys are ready to make a statement. I feel sorry for BC and especially Matt Ryan.
 
Give up no points off of turnovers and special teams, and we will win by double digits. Give up 3 to 10 points and it will be a close game. Give up 14 or more and we will probably lose.

No turnovers = guaranteed Tech win.

I am sorry but Choice is a much better back the Brown.
 
I'm sure this will be a great game..but I'm really not impressed by BC so far. Yes, they won, but not by any huge margin and the teams they played were fair, at best(And they played at home). I personally don't think NCSU could beat ND this year. BC's secondary has given up roughly 700 passing yards in 2 games against low to mediocre offenses, and we know that TC will run. So be it by land or by air, I'm calling it 30-10

Hopefully I'm not tasting foot come Saturday..just my thoughts.

I don't think you will; everyone is getting WAY too scared about BC. I really don't get how people think their QB (Ryan) is good; I think he is decent at best from the times I've watched him in the past. He does not have what it takes to lead his team into hostile territory and come out triumphant.
 
All I know is I am very much looking forward to this game. Student tickets were all gone this morning BTW, and from the way things look on the broker site's and what friends are telling me, it's gonna be a packed house on Saturday.

Let's get nice and loud for the Eagles. I'll be in 221 with the rest of the rowdy frat boys.

Please make it as loud as possible. I don't care how many beers and/or shots of whiskey/bourbon it takes.. just get it loud!

I'm really jealous though; my parents are going to the game! Hopefully they won't bring bad luck since they did go to the Gator Bowl back in January.:laugher:
 
Way OT, but I was just looking at the BC board on scout.com...and there is a whole thread talking about all the travelling guys meeting at the Clermont Lounge for a "cultural experience." I hope they know what they're in for.

what in the world are u talking about? Don't over analyze it, the point was valid. Tashard is better than Brown or Andrews, and both of them are great backs as well.
