I figured Houston would give F$U some problems but never imagined Houston's DL would utterly dominate F$U's OL the way they are.

F$U's OL looks like Sewak has been coaching them

I like how F$U's defense is responding. Like men on a mission.

Great punt covered by the cougars.
Who's your special teams coach can we steel him?

Can't say why, exactly, but I'm pulling for F$U in this one.

Wow. Maguire looks like öööö.
And that's inexcusable since he's known for some time that he would be the starter today.

I didn't realize till today that the reason Golson is not playing is a death in the family.

Wait so you mean to tell me you don't have to be Bama to effectively play a 3-4 defense? All you have to do is be aggressive like Houston

The thing about chess is that while a rook can smoke a knight, everybody's rook is the same as everybody else's.

In a world where one guy's rook can smoke another guy's rook, then maybe chess is a bad analogy.

FSU should have a safety or corner on the squad who played QB in HS capable of beating Houston

To be fair he didn't know he was going to rip up his ankle early in the 1st quarter. I don't know how much that is affecting him though since he's never been that great.

I sympathize but a bad ankle means you are going to be off a little bit. It doesn't lead to a decision to throw to a receiver in double coverage with no hope of catching the ball.

Offensively, F$U has not made the necessary preparations to win this game.

Agreed.

The FSU defense has looked shotty too. Despite all the talent, I've seen too many plays to count were the D simply wasn't ready before the snap.
