Fight after the game?

Well the link is to a post by AFRJacket that says that they were discussing Joe Anoai kicking the crap outta Reggie Ball in the locker room after the game on ESPN Radio.

I'd be interested in knowing how it made it to ESPN before it made it to anyone in our fanbase. There was one rumor about it in chat after the game but nothing was substantiated. I really don't see how something like that could be kept quiet very long with several Tech message boards spreading rumors/facts/opinions including some "insiders".

Riley Skinner is a redshirt not a true frosh.

whew... I feel much better about our loss knowing he was a second string redshirt freshman vs a second string true freshman. thanks for the clarification.

People have told me you can see dents in the walls of the AA meeting rooms from football players getting in fights.

It happens at all colleges though. I remember a particularly bad fight at a Bama practice that was caught on tape. Not all D-IA players are choir boys.

I'd be more worried if our football players never fought. They're tought to hit each other hard every day during practice and during games. A little is bound to spill over to everyday life.

I agree.

I'm also hoping this isn't someone's idea of starting drama when nobody else (seemingly) was listening to ESPN radio at the same time to confirm.

Time will tell, I suppose.

AFRJacket is as "gold-colored glasses" as it gets. If he said it is so, I believe him.

I'm trusting that it is true -- Don't get me wrong. I just find it odd, as others do, that it took this long in coming out.

Actually, the first year of college is huge for the development of the player. But, in any case, the QB didn't play a huge role in WF's style of offense and most of his completions were short passes.

One day, Stingtalkers will see that I know more about GT and the direction it should take. Next step, our million dollar +/year coach and staff that has us spinning our wheels in place (I know, I know, Coastal Division winner, things are great, yada, yada...such a prestige that was that a down UGA beat us (again), mostly empty seats watched us in the ACC CG where a team beat us with a true frosh 2nd string qb and rb where we only scored a few points vs our Biletnikoff winner)....

Tell ya what, jackwad...just because you posted something here that you read on another internet message does NOT prove that you know absolutely anything at all about GT and 'what direction GT should take' LOL!!. What you HAVE posted and how you have posted it only proves what a low brow, classless, sorry, pathetic excuse you are as a GT fan (if indeed you are actually a GT fan), nay, not only as a poor fan, but a person as well.

I have asked you this before, and forgive me if I've missed it, but AFAIK you have ignored the question:

What exactly do you hope to accomplish with your constant attacks on the head coach of Georgia Tech and student-athletes who don't meet your approval? Get this, bub: Chan Gailey AIN'T. GOIN'. NO. WHERE. Not this year, not the next. No way, no how. Why can't you make the best of a situation you don't like and try, just try to support the coaches and players we got, instead of ridiculing and deriding their every action and accomplishment?

What are you trying to do? Because, for the life of me, I can't frame what you've posted this and other times as having any beneficial result whatsoever.

Watch it GTL, he's going to think we are mediocre.

Thank goodness for Tenuta.

Now THAT's funny, I don't care who ya are!!

Thank you for your show of support. I'm sure the players and coaches appreciate it. Now do ya care to address the question?

The Hive thread you linked to says essentially the same thing this one does. One or two people claim it's true and others say it isn't. Kincaid was subbing for Colin Cowheard this week and brought it up. He iknows no more than we do about the truth, just brought it up as a rumor, and in fact the same rumor that was circulating right after the ACCCG. Nothing new or different than what has bee discussed before. Move along....nothing to see here.

Oh and for the poster who said wtte "if AFRjacket says it's true it must be"... he didn't say it was true. He asked if anyone knew anything about it.
