Go Jackets!

1998- 10-2
1999- 8-4
2000- 9-3
2001- 7-5
If 2001 wasnt a decline or a slide, I dont know what you call it then... we had more experienced players in 2001 as compared to 2002... and in case you forgot.. Georgia beat us 31-17 in 2001 in a game that could have been alot worse ..
In my opinion, we slid in 2001 and sustained our position in 2002..
I am by no means taking anything away from what GOL accomplished, I am thankful that he coached at Tech, but the man has been gone now for over a year.. he chose to go, he didnt do the job in 2001 plain and simple.
I say, you give Chan the team that GOL had in 2001 and we win a minimum 3 more games this year. Heck, just give us an established RB and QB and we win 3 more games in 2002...
And Beeware.. for you to make the statement:
Chan does not have a clue what he wants to do....and even if he did he does not have a clue about how to do it....and even if he did he has no fire in the belly or even a sense of a mission that is even remotely obvious.
is just irresponsible... I dare say that you have ever spoken a word to the man .. not even as much as shook his hand... now Mark Richt on the otherhand.. I still bet you have a picture of Richt over your bed beside the Velvet Elvis and Jerry Garicia photos
