a limb and if it offends anyone (which it probably won't) "let the chips fall".
I have not spent much time on Stingtalk over the past couple of weeks because of (mainly) the ever present redundancy and pitter-patter discussion.
I turn on tonight and find all of a sudden (as it appears to me)
1. Someone (or more) have castigated posters who have written "practice reports".
I seem to remember last year that this same thing occurred. I speak specifically of one certain someone who gave Terrif an especially hard time. Shame on you then and now if you are still guilty. Hey, man Get with the program or find another one. Especially too, I remember that Terrif was told in no uncertain terms that he was speaking too positively about the practices that he wittnessed. Although I have not read each post as I normally would have, it seems that something like this may be occuring again. Let me simply say this: Unless you are willing to take the time and effort to witness the practices and then give your viewpoint of what went on; then either shut-up or express appreciation to anyone that does take the time and effort to report. Let's face it: there are some sour bellies on this board and they try every opportunity to pollute it. Yes, free speech and all of that....all I can say is "cram it"....you bring more misery than good to the cause of Georgia Tech athletics, and you should be ashamed of yourself(ves).
2. Two or more of our outstanding contributors to the sanity of this board are nearly squabbling.
There may be others, but I think specifically of Ahso.....and belly. Please, you fellows, do not let perrifially productive contributors draw you two into conflict. You both are among the most positive contributors to this board. Neither of you let up.......
3. Some add a little excitement through disagreement with the norm.....that is alright. No one is afraid of disagreement; just "can" the extreme negativity, vindictiveness, unforgiveness,
and petty, immature disposition that is so often
exhibited and everything will be alright. You know who you are...."if the shoe fits".
Stingtalk is a wonderful place......let's discuss, disagree, offer opinions=====but let's try to at least ACT like we are for the success of Georgia Tech Athletics.
Thank you,
OFFOC
