There was contact, but not ‘forcible contact to the head or neck’ glancing blow of helmet, force was to the torso. I really think that’s the hit they want in that situation. Announcer was pulling for targeting, but there was no crouch or launch with upward attack.

I think they made the right call. Close.

While I hope we find a home in the BIG or SEC you have to appreciate the ACC for finishing third ahead of the Big 12, Big East, and PAC 12.
