I almost made the same point. Check my join date. But I haven’t been around in years, don’t know the board culture any more, and didn’t want to stir trouble.

I was very active on the Hive, especially back when it was independent, from 1996 through the early PJ years. And I know many of the other posters over there who’ve been around almost 30 years.

Listening to the FSU guy call the game above, it is clear that these early matchups are great for the underdog. People haven't played at full speed and you want to play cupcakes so you can get that sorted out. FSU made a lot of mistakes, but I figure that someone is making a mistake every play, you just hope that mistake is irrelevant.
