What's the story with Luke's nickname? :laugher:

Awesome article but was somewhat surprised at the lack of a mention of Terrant's return -important both to the secondary and our return game- and Stephen Hill who is going to make it difficult for the coaches to redshirt him.

kinda weird that the guys states his prediction at 5-7, then goes on to say that a nightmare would be 6-6... so what does that make 5-7? a nightmare, then waking up as a dawg fan?

I thought he predicted 9-3.

"Over all, I would be surprised if Tech suffered through anything worse than a nine-win season, matching last fall’s win total, with one loss coming to Virginia Tech, one coming on the road (Miami and Florida State, most notably) and one – this is not going to make Tech fans happy – coming to Georgia."

He predicted 5-7 for 2008. For 2009 6-6 would be a nightmare.

ah... this hangover seems to be preventing me from reading on a 9th grade level

Just as the 51-7 slaughtering in 2002 ushered in the Mark Richt era at Georgia, indicating Georgia’s future dominance in the series, perhaps the 45-42 win signals a changing of the guard - one ushered in by Paul Johnson.
This is the first, and perhaps only, time I've ever been happy to remember the 51-7 debacle.

It's sad that the NY Times, bastion of leftist crap that it is, manages to out do the AJC. Good write up.

Well done until he says he would be shocked if Sylvester or Jackson didn't start. That is off base. I do not see either of them beating out Griffin or Jefferson. Jackson hasn't even practiced in forever.
