GA Southern's offense looks good early

None of the option teams I’ve watched in the last couple of weeks (Kennesaw, Army, Navy, Southern) have looked as good as GT did for most of this year, even.

Also, Georgia Southern’s logo looks like somebody made it in MS Paint.

What’s the point of the shotgun option if they never pass?

QB seems to make some bad decisions under pressure.

1) It's Eastern Michigan
2) They're great when they're ripping off 5-7 on 1st down. When they have a penalty, loss of yardage, and have to pass, they're hopeless. Sound familiar?
 
I think it’s great GS got the win and I think it’s dumb that are people posting negativity about their style of play. The past is done. Embrace the future.
 
Southern's kicker - and Werts' run against some bad tackling - bailed the Eagles out.
Eastern Michigan looked slow and mediocre.
Southern's kicker is majoring in marketing. He's from Irmo, SC.
Maybe Collins can recruit him away from Statesboro.
 
I doubt any Southern players would qualify academically for us. Besides, we have Wells already.

Doubt he would want to come up here and have to fight a rising sophomore for the starting job. One would think Mr Wells has the job all but locked up for the foreseeable.
