The Times Higher Education Rankings are out, and Ma Tech has dropped from 8 to 12 in the world engineering school rankings. Still a lot to be proud about. We're the second rated public university, behind UC Berkley.

I don't think this is really accurate as far as country comparisons go.

I was accepted to Imperial College but Tech looked much better especially research wise and I have other friends who chose Tech over Imperial too. I had friends who got rejected by Tech and ended up going to Cambridge.

I think Tech is definitely above the British universities.
