Gameday experience surveys...

they run these stats

if the person managing the surveys is a mutt, does it really matter what you say?
The survey wasn't great and I pointed this out in the open ended response area. They needed to include NA as a multiple choice answer in most instances. Also open ended response should not be dependent on the rating you give, everyone should be given the chance to make comments.

I guess you really showed them!
I realize that I didn't "show them" but my point is that the point of a survey is to get as high of a response rate as possible so it's not a good idea to sabotage the response rate by asking a bunch of invasive and immaterial questions?

Kind of makes me wonder what the real purpose of the survey was.

Who the hell views "gender" as an invasive question? They gave an "I don't want to answer" option.

I wasn't bothered by the gender question but the age and race question are way out of bounds for a survey designed to gauge my opinion about the GTAA. I mean, are they really going to parse the answers to reach a hypothetical conclusion like "Asians loved the PA system but the Northern Europeans hated it and since the Anglos in the stands outnumber the Asians by 10-1, I guess we better fix it."

I've written surveys before and rule #1 is to engage the respondent early to obtain as much valuable information as possible. This survey (based on my experience and from reading other posts in this thread) seems poorly designed.

But in light of today's news flash, I'm guessing the whole thing is already forgotten.

I've written surveys, too. No doubt this was a very poorly designed survey - the lack of an "I don't use [thing]" option on all the fan experience questions seems like it will render their results meaningless. I just don't get being pissed off because they asked a few incredibly basic and generic demographic questions that show up on surveys all the time (albeit usually at the end in my experience).

I dunno, could it be something, something, deep state?

Why do you get upset about such questions? I guess you have a very easy life where you have the time to get upset about some survey asking about your race and age.
