The rapper YoungBloodz filmed a rap video at Georgia Tech the Summer of 05 or 06.
That song is much more well known than you'd think. I've traveled internationally and heard it in foreign countries, and that's one of the first thing international people say to me when I tell them I went to Georgia Tech.
The beginning of some Tyler Perry movie with an aerial view of BDS.
It was a dump. The old wood floor basketball court was surrounded by a low tile covered knee wall. There was ugly yellow tile everywhere. We used to play intramural street hockey in there until they moved us to O'Keefe. Chain link around the equipment storage in the locker rooms. Large, cold, dark locker rooms. The part of the building closest to Grant Field housed the pool, which was actually a decent one despite being old. We had drownproofing there. There was a 10 meter high dive. The exterior had no character. It looked like a federal office building that hadn't been maintained.Anyone know what the Heisman Gym looked like?
The Blind Side - uga/Tech basketball game in background of one scene.
I think Tech is briefly mentioned in "Drumline" too
I Google searched IMDB and there is some interesting stuff if you want to wade through it..

Road Trip was filmed in Athens, at Emory (playing the part of UT-Austin) and Tech.
The most recognizable Tech portion of the movie is the classroom and building at the end of the movie - when he's trying to make the last final exam. I had History in that room, as did most other Tech freshmen.
There's also a part in the movie near the beginning I think, where you can clearly see the library or Skiles in the background. The most recognizable Tech portion of the movie is the classroom and building at the end of the movie - when he's trying to make the last final exam.
