Georgia Tech Projected to Make Bowl Game by ESPN

If you go on a game by game basis, this same ESPN predicts that Virginia is the only game remaining on the schedule that we are predicted to win. Obviously it's not written in stone. I just find that amusing
ESPN has us with 1.6 expected wins going forward.

.575 UVA
.116 FSU
.475 VPI
.306 UM(fl)
.158 UNC
.015 uGA

Those expectations for us against UNC and FSU are low. I don't think we should or will be favored, but I think those should be close to where the chances against Da U are.
VPI seems a little low at this point too.

Should beat UVA and VT. They are hot garbage this year. Then just need one more out of FSU, Miami, and UNC.
Hard to tell about Miami but they play FSU the week before us. Then unc good offense but defense is bad and they play WF before us. and last we have FSU who loss the last 3 games but has an open date this week.

I think our first 4 games are weighing more heavily on these predictions than our last 2. If we beat UVA by a decent margin, I'd expect us to be favored against VPI at least.

Our margin for error though is still Kate Moss thin

Its a nice thought but we are a LONG way from that and right now the odds say no.

Yes, but on a small non-guaranteed contract. This is what Bobinski was good at.

We can not overpay for a coach with a few games of experience or commit long term. We can redo his contract after next season if he continues to win.
Agreed. Unless he miraculously leads us to an 8-4 or 9-3 season, I doubt he’ll be a super hot commodity. We should have some bargaining power as opposed to the last coaching search.

1 week at a time, please.

ESPN just wants the Brent Key story for the drama they can monetize. Players need to avoid reading all this and focus.

I really don't think ESPN is making money off of anything related to GT.
