Collins sucked before Gibbs was here, he sucked while Gibbs was here, and he sucked after Gibbs left.

This only makes a mild degree of sense from the standpoint that Gibbs' presence showed that Collins still couldn't win more than 3 games even with one of the most talented offensive players in college football in his backfield.
