This. I saw an article that said every school in the ACC except wake Forrest spends more on football than we do. The top 25 spenders list pretty much matched the top 25 with a few exceptions here and there. I don't think we are losing to duke because Johnson sucked or we are worse, everybody else is just doing what it takes to make their program better.

My point is, a new coach won't fix our problems and suddenly make us this power house that never loses to duke or uva.
 
Beat Duke, UNC, Pitt, UVA on a consistent basis.
Hold our own vs Miami, VPI
Clemson and UGA are going to be uphill battles -but we can compete with some work, as we have done in the past.
