Looks like they added 224 teams in the Africa League last night. I hope we get a team in that league.

It would be nice to start in a new league with all new teams instead of a gutted team in an established league.

Sweet!!! A new league will be perfect for us.

For those of us not as familiar with how these contracts work, how should we do this? So we break our current contracts to jump to the team or just wait until the contracts end, then more over?

You can not break your contract unless your are playing in the D leagues.

I believe you have two options:

- Wait until your contract is up
- Convince the owner to release you from your contract, but I am not sure many would do that.


Players in the D leagues can join a Human owned team at any time.

here are my two players, if interested. The first one is on a human team already, so I guess I would have to get a release of my contract or something.

Note to everyone - I am interested in having at least 2, possibly 3 GMs to help me out. I have already had one interested prospect contact me. I also offered one position to BuzzMD, because he financed the team.

That means there is one (maybe two) spot(s) open. If you're interested, PM me here or on GLB.

Also, set your players to train on relaxed. In most cases, the attribute gain is minimal, and the money savings are well worth it. You will need $10k for level 8 equipment upgrades.

I signed everyone to minimum salaries for this season. The money doesn't do a whole lot for you, so it's not that big of a deal. But if we were to put the team in the red, and not come out quickly, they will take it away.

Because of that, I was cautious when offering salaries. You will be able to afford training on relaxed with no problem, and that's basically your only cost until level 8.

I would suggest providing a 10k signing bonus for anyone level 7 or higher in order to get the Equipment Upgrades. I know my players in D league have nowhere near enough $ for the new equipment upgrades they are eligible for.

To further address bonuses, I will renegotiate with the necessary players after season ticket sales money comes in. GLB gives me $500k to start out with, and I don't wanna hand out $100-150k in bonuses and risk going into the red for reasons mentioned above.
