Nothing contradictory about it. Just like being able to remove a fixed expense from the P+L.

How are we going to be better next year? All I can think of is that Reggie will be gone, but if we will truly be better w/o him then why the hell is he starting now? Don't you believe Gailey when he says that even a hurt reggie gives us the best chance to win? IF that is true, that is scary for next year!

Some of you kill me, it is always "next year...." when are you going to hold some to account?
It seems we are very likely to finish with 5 losses once again and UNRANKED!!!!

How can someone claim that this year was an improvement because of our ACC Champ. appreance (debacle) when we finish UNRANKED AGAIN!

Have we even finished ranked under Gailey at all??? Once? That isn't progress! This team is a lot better than unranked....we have talent, but just don't know how to use it.

Tenuta will leave after this year, why stay? He can go to Texas, have a great defense as he does now, but WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!

actually, if you haven't noticed, our passing game is ranked just about last in the ACC right now, 11th if I'm not mistaken. So all we have been doing this year is running with no passing game. Our passing game will be better next year with or without CJ because we will no longer have the worse QB in D1A or D1AA football.
