Got a close buddy with Miami ties

First of all, there's no timeline where this happens. Period. The following post is set in a fictional universe where the only differences from this one are that it's conceivable that Richt might come here, and chocolate in all its forms is royal blue.

My instinct is what I've seen in this thread a few times, the "once a dwag, always a dwag" view. If you are past the age of accountability and you declare your allegiance for Georgia, you have committed the unpardonable sin and you will go to Hell, a place as bad and worse as it's described in religious texts, but exists solely for eternally tormenting Georgia fans after they die. Nothing happens to the rest of us. Mark Richt has committed the ultimate incarnation of the unpardonable sin, he led Georgia to defeating us and did so many times. But like in a video game where you will always die if you swan dive into lava or onto a bed of huge spikes, there may also be a cheat code. The only possible way Mark Richt could save his putrid soul would be to repent for his sins, dedicate his life to Dodd, and guide Tech to victory over Georgia. Matching or topping our 8 game win streak against them is his only route to salvation, his iddqd.

Do you consider what he’s accomplished so far at Miami to be a success? IF he went to GT he would be playing a tougher schedule but with a lot less talent, how do you think that would work out?
How would it be a tougher schedule, we are in the same division. Before you say Clemson, they play FSU every year.

Well for one:

I realize that Florida State is generally a good team, but Clemson has had them beat during Richt's Miami tenure.

Miami also doesn't play Georgia every year (although in fairness, they did have LSU this year).

idgaf about his iddqd. how does our team get an idkfa?

Basically, Richt must be born again to coach at GT.

I’d take Richt if he had a contract stipulation for a minimum of 8 wins every season
I really wish coaching contracts just gave money for each win. Decent base salary, then like 100-750k for each win, depending on cupcake, conference, top 25, rival, bowl, co ference championship, or playoff win.

Most people have over a million at some point. So you’re just pointing out the most popular vehicle.
Most people? White privileged much? Lol. Joke.
Wasn’t my opinion bruh. Book- Millionaire Next Door. 90’s when a million wasn’t a house.

That’s the dumbest statement I’ve ever seen on Stingtalk.

And of course that’s saying a lot, since we have cincyjacket.

I think he meant, Most [of the right kind of] people have more than a million at some point.
