He'll be like a Julian Edelman type player in the NFL. He's a great player but I don't think he's an every down back in the NFL. Belichick is probably drooling over him.

I don't think his measurables add up for elite NFL career either, but he is a helluva college player and they best I've seen this year.

Having watched some of Ohio State and Michigan's games, I can't image how Michigan State ended up in the final four. I think Ohio State or Michigan would have given Bama a game, Not saying they would have won, but it would have at least been competitive.

This is my first look at McCafferty. He does indeed look legit. Very quick and appears to have good top end too.

Elite speed does not make you an elite back. The patience, hitting the hole hard *pause*, and the ability to make defenders miss does translate.

Is this for real? McCaffrey most definitely has NFL measurables in pretty much every way you could. He's fast, extremely shifty, only slightly smaller than prototype size, and has great hands. I can't imagine questioning his measurables after actually having seen him play.
