On paper this looks like an awesome situation. We are just going to have to wait til 9-14 to see where we are at. I believe that will answer many questions.

Certainly agree. He is a "breath of fresh air" compared to O'Leary. However, that being said, he now must WIN too. We'll find out if he is a football coach too!!
