Ground Pounders hire Ellerson

Great hire. I'm looking forward to Army getting a shot at bowl eligibility again.
 
I really thought someone like Iowa State was going to pick him up. Looking at our success, going from a fair football school to a solid future build for the future, it just seemed like a solid way for a loser BCS school to get ahead.

They certainly do Rome. If anybody would like a quick inside look into life for a cadet, their is a video podcast on itunes called Going Long: A Football Tradition. They follow a Air Force Cadet in one episode, and it stands in stark contrast to the rest of their videos at regular universities.
This is a great hire for Army. CPJ mentioned Ellerson in one of his press conferences this year. Said he was DC at Hawaii when CPJ was OC, if I'm not mistaken.
