GT +27

Respectful line, and it’s 26.5 on Fan Duel Sportsbook

Golden boi gets popped. Goes down. Clemson falls apart. Gibbs with 175 on the ground, 3TD's. Sims distributes the ball at will to our WR's and TE's. Griffin powers in a score and catches a flare pass for another. Brown turns on the burners for a 75 yd TD reception. It's a party. Clemson's women are cleaned, checked for the Covid, and brought to me.

You forgot about Etienne getting run over by a car pregame

It might have been +40 if we lost to Louisville.

Seems too much. I would have expected the betting line to be closer to +17. We've demonstrated the ability to move the ball, and Dabo hasn't run up the score late in games, by and large. It'd have to get really hand out of hand, really early on, in order to turn into a four TD loss.

I'd like to think we cover. Not saying we're gonna win, but Clemson isn't 4 TDs better than us.

I was thinking 3 TDs but with Tech's inability to kick FGs and extra points I could see 27.

They were like -14.5 vs. Miami and covered that easily. I think we can cover +27, but +24 to +28 was expected.

Didn't expect Vegas to fall for "Miami's back" like all the talking heads do.

It's almost as bad as Bowden's last five teams all starting out highly ranked in the preseason polls.

Ehhh.

27 is pretty fair. Clemson was sloppy and left a lot of points on the field and still took Miami to the woodshed. On paper this should not be a close game at all.

That being said, there’s a reason we play the games. Until the game is actually over, the plan is to win it.

The way we win is for the defense to play up to their top potential and for the game to slow down even more for Sims. I have no worries about Gibbs and Griffin, if they get blocking. I think our WR's are good.

It will be interesting to see if the Dylan's make a big difference in the game. There is barely any tape on them. Could be their big day. Keep Clemson on their heels with accurate short passes to the TE's, runs by Griffin and Gibbs with some QB scrambles/draws, swing passes and screens, stretch the field if Clemson crowds the line.

We got this.
