To what degree is the problem partner vs a lack of support/funding for coaches? Just looking at the problems we had with football I don't want to be hasty in paying another severance when tbag may not be the right fix.

öööö that. Our team is still playing on archaic-ass, real-ass wood. Turf performs surprisingly well indoors and requires minimal water and maintenance to survive, even thrive. You can't even pretend to be a program worth a damn if you're still playing your games on öööö you found growing from the goddamn dirt.

Think of the extra revenue stream from BMX events we'd be able to host if we went with a Naismith error dirt floor in the Thillerdome.

I'm sold.
