According to various published reports - Georgia Tech has received a non-binding verbal commitment from runningback Michael Sampson. Sampson (6'2/200) is from Lewisville, Texas and chose the Jackets over offers from Arkansas, LSU, and Texas A&M.
His commitment brings the total number of commitments to GT to nine.
