In addition to stuff like Unis, all the stuff that agitates you guys doesn't affect their Coaching duties

Staffers put all that stuff together and the Coaching Staff isn't losing anytime away from their Main Duties.

My guess is that a Staffer gives the Coaches a list of Marketing Talking Points and CGC scans over those Notes and makes sure he hits the Key Phrases when he makes Public Statements.

I agree. None of this stuff takes time away from the actual coaches. But, in today’s world perception is reality. And the perception is building that this staff can do everything but coach football. We know it’s not true, but when you look inept at the main part of your job then everything else will get scrutinized. For me, the only thing that matters to me is the 60:00 to 0:00. I’ve stopped watching all press conferences and anything else that doesn’t impact 60:00 to 0:00. This staff has had a work week to show improvement. Let’s see what they show us tomorrow.
