I was looking over the graphs on espn.com at GT vs. Fresno and we look to be close to equal in most categories....The only huge advantage I think I saw was in Choice at the RB position. This could be a tight game... I really do hope the guys play well and establish some positive momentum going into next season with a new HC & various new assistant coaches....Thoughts?

Go JACKETS!

At least this time around, we won't be playing in a mud pit in front of 2,500 people.

Who the heck had the idea for the blue field?

The blue team.

beej67,
refereed soccer back in high school, and had a green team give me a green game ball to play with

I'm assuming not many on here are going to the game so I say we meet up at Bradley's again on game day!

If I'm in town, I'm for that, provided Kirbee shows up to pay his debt in booze.

I heard that Fresno has a terrible run defense. I also heard they rely a lot on the run for their offense. Sets up perfectly for us, right?

Heck, the only two things we can do are run the ball and stop the run..... and, oh yeah, punt.

According to the numbers, they're rush defense is compare to Duke's.

Their rushing yards and passing yards all almost dead even for the year (difference of like 30 yards). Oregon was the only decent rush defense they've faced, and they held them to 60 yards rushing. Plus I heard they're starting Qb is banged up.

So like you said, sets up well for us. Just run it and stop the run and we should win this with ease.

yeah food is pretty good at rocky mountain. I like the atmosphere too. They have several Philadelphia eagles fliers there, so it's probably not a good spot for falcon fans.

My sister still lives in Boise, so I'll be taking her and my nephew to the game. From her perspective, most local BSU fans won't be following their team to Hawaii for their own bowl game, so they'll probably go to the (ho)Hum Bowl instead. I suppose the good news is that they're used to cheering AGAINST Fresno State. So we may have some local support by default.
