GT vs SC State Prediction Thread

Have we had any shutouts under Thacker? I think on Roof has shutouts under his belt dating back to when O’Leary was HC.

In their opener, Jackson State was beating them 37-0 until under a minute left to play. JSU scored 4 TDs in the first 2 1/2 quarters, all on big plays, and the possession times for those TD drives were 0:59, 1:11, 0:30, 4:42. SCSU has probably made some adjustments, but they can easily give up 7 TDs to a P5 offense.

Madrazor: statistically speaking, did you want to retrack that offer!?

51-13 Jackets, and let's heal up for OleMiss. The OM and WF games will tell us a LOT about this team, imo. SC St...not so much, whether it's a blowout or uncomfortably close. Our toughness mantra will be tested in Oxford.

We sustained a considerable amount of injuries in the first game, losing one DE who's in the rotation for the year now. We need to clear the bench for this one and sit our starters down as early as we can to preserve them for Ole Miss. Great opportunities for underclassmen, walkons, etc. for this Saturday. We need to develop depth with in game experience.

This has to be a shutout or maybe as much as 7 points given up. They scored 7 on Jackson State and 3 on Charlotte. They've completed 14 of 40 passes between 2 QBs. They gave up almost 500 yards to Jackson State.

Anything less than an unholy beatdown is a bad sign.

I should be turning this off in the third quarter to protect my children from excessive TV violence.

Brent Key should be indicted for war crimes by the Hague after this game. The disparity between these two programs should be that great...

...should...
