The season isn't over, although I def can understand the disappointment. CPJ will re-evaluate some positions and changes will be made, if not this week, then definitely after the UNC game. (O and D Line, and so on) We still could win the ACC with some help of course, and if we could get it together make a nice run to finish with a successful season. Pushed around, bullied, and beatdown, CPJ does not like losing and neither do our boys. Gailey is no longer here, as well as his attitude for coaching college football. I love the passion, but before you cut off heads and put them on the top of Tech Tower, take a deep breath and we will be fine. Go Jackets, THWG, and In CPJ We Trust.

Yeah, we still have a shot at the ACCCG. Only GT has won the Coastal with only 1 loss. Losing to Miami put us in the hole, but there are still 6 conference games to go. We have to go at least 5-1 in those games.

Before the season I expected 9-3 would make for a good season. Breaking down the schedule by months I saw GT going 3-1 in Sep, 3-2 in Oct and 3-0 in Nov.

I expected the one loss in Sep would come against Miami. Thing is though, in looking at the schedule and thinking that 9-3 would make a good season, my mindset was that GT can beat anybody on their schedule but could lose half of their games if they don't play up to potential.

We were never in the game last night --we were thoroughly whipped by what just simply looks like a stronger Miami team. A young, stronger Miami football team. Other than the first 20 minutes of the Clemson game and some good play against JSU, I just have not seen a whole lot to build my confidence in this team.

The line still cannot handle blocking a good defensive line. Dwyer is being taken out of the offense and we've yet to adjust to compensate for that. Other than Morgan, we have not shown the ability to put pressure on the QB --and thus, our DB's are getting toasted.

All this being said, I expect GT to come out and play a good game against UNC because I believe in Paul Johnson. I belive our backs are against the wall against UNC --if we don't play well then I'm afraid that this is going to be a long season.

Yeah. If UNC puts on a similiar show that UM did last night we might as well kiss the season goodbye. We would be lucky to go bowling.

My thoughts exactly.

I don't think Miami is back. Their defensive unit and offensive units are at higher competency levels than ours, but UM is not a stellar powerhouse.

For GT: If we had a better D (in particular with an ability to put greater pressure on UM's QB like you said) and a higher competence in our ability to complete passes, we would've won last night.
