Hard to watch

The good assistants will start bailing

Who are those? Only being a half smart ass here. Choice seems to be the only position coach worth a damn at this point. The OL coach is putrid.

Need a major upgrade at the coordinator spots for Collins to be successful here. Let's hope that TDope can see that and is telling the money guys it's cheaper to hire those than a whole new staff while the coach has a monster buyout.

More worried about the D coaching. But yes, the O coaches are a close second. Also, Collins is a clown.

the only assistant anybody has tried to poach is Key (at least that we know about) and our O line is pretty suspect
If our assistants were that good, perhaps somebody would have tried to lure them away, since we don't pay that well compared to others?
What we run on O now is similar to everybody else. Don't have the triple option explanation anymore.
Choice is a good recruiter, but why hasn't a Texas or an A&M or a Oklahoma, programs with money to burn, brought him there, with his background at North Texas and his connections there?
Key would be well served moving on after this season.

Tariq Carpenter, Juanyeh Thomas and Trey Swilling all used to look like top tier ACC DB/Safeties. What the hell happened?
This is what really concerns me. We've heard a lot of talk about being a developmental program. Have we seen evidence of that?
