Has anyone ever been banned from a Georgia fans house?

I now officially have.

Went to a friends new house and he had a whole room dedicated to Georgia football. Mostly Georgia fans were around and knew I hated UGA with a passion and kept commenting on their superiority all night long. Well, as the night wore on and many drinking games were played I apparently could not take all the red and black anymore in my drunken state. From what Ive been told, although I cant remember, I went on about an hour long vulgar rant on why Georgia football sucks and is completely evil. Now, I am not allowed at this persons house any longer.

Just wondering if anyone else may have had this happen before.
 
You aren't alone. A buddy of mine from high school goes went to UG. I went up there for the game last year and couldn't find tickets, so I went to the bar all good. After having my heart ripped out, I continued to drink heavily. Long story short, we back to his house with about 30 people and continued to drink. After getting verbally assaulted, I decided to physically assault one supreme douche-bag. Before I got jumped by the rest of the nad-lickers, I was rescued by a girl I was dating. We went back to her place and I let some of my frustrations loose :).I am now banned from all UG-GT functions
 
Yea, a friend of mine took me home because everybody was scared I was about to go off physically on someone.
 
Unfortunately, the vast majority of my family are UGAy graduates (three of my four aunts were UGA cheerleaders). They have passed their beliefs onto their children and therefore, around Thanksgiving, my house is a very dangerous place to be. This year was rough with the kids now old enough to hate on me as well. I was doing well holding my own against them...until the game. With the worst of luck, we had a family get-together the day after the game and needless to say, I got my fair share of crap from them. Let's hope I can turn it around on them this year!
 
Never banned but I have a few friends I don't talk to for about a week every year.
 
Tell me about it....I am a student at UGA. Its a monthly thing for me. Got told to leave my Sports business class a couple of weeks ago during a rivalry debate. Needless to say i pissed them off.

WTF. How are you a student at UGA and a Tech fan? I couldn't imagine someone going to Tech being a UGA fan.

I have two friends who are Tech fans and UGA grads. I also work with a Tech grad who hates everything to do with Tech. Takes all ...

One of my best friends from back home got two degrees from GT and might be the biggest UGA homer I know.
 
There's several UGA grads on here. Let me put it this way - my brother-in-law is a UGA fan and hates everything about Florida. He won't even let his kids wear orange and blue. He said if his son got a full ride to FLA, he'd go to every game - he'd still wear his red/black, but he'd be there.

Tech doesn't offer some of the degrees UGA does so some are left with no choice.

I knew several. One fraternity brother in particular would wear red and black on "the" gameday. He caught quite the amount of crap for it. Never understood it either...

I had two roommates (fraternity brothers at that) at Tech that were die-hard UGA fans. They grew up UGA fans but wanted engineering degrees.

- TECH FUND and AT contributor
- GT football season ticket holder (9 seasons and used my out-of-town uncle's tickets prior to that)

Heck, I could tell you the name of a guy that WORKS at GT, but is a dawgventer and rags the NATS all the time.....WHILE POSTING FROM WORK! :laugher:
