Hatcher Team Meeting 3:00PM

Maybe he's going to put an end to all of the rumors that he's leaving. Hatcher is that kind of guy. He'll rally the troops and tell them to get back to their off season training in preparation to BEAT GEORGIA on August 30!
 
This team meeting appears to be for him to say that he is staying at GSU because his job is undone.

This entire thing has been a marketing campaign to promote him as I believe that he was never interviewed by GT and the story in the AJC was run without confirmation and based on false leaks by the Hatcher fan-club.
 
If that's the case, the GSU faithful greatly appreciate it. The added press can't do anything but help with the GSU recruiting in the Atlanta market.
 
and btw, one of the mods of that GSU site is Giff's brother, Lance.

"Looks like it was a false alarm, got a pretty good source that says' it is an end of the semester/season wrap up meeting to discuss what will be expected over the break and when they get back. With all the buzz going around i guess you never truly know. AJC says he has interviewed Hatch says he hasnt'! "

Hmmm... haven't read through the GSU thread, but there's no way it can be a totally routine meeting, right? Not that in that it wouldn't have been called regardless, but in that Hatcher would have to address the situation some way. Even if it's just, "Hang tight, guys, there hasn't been a resolution yet."
