HD Screws it up again.....

Me five!

This is same ol type of message board post. ;) Makes things interesting.

Actually I've enjoyed reading Heather's articles. We'll see how the predictions work out in the end. Doesn't really mean much. From what I've seen all three backs have played well, and I do want JD to hang on to the ball better. Yes, some have been in the exchange.

With all due respect, you seem to be the one drinking Kool-Aid.

I appreciate the support and enthusiasm, but you're a little over-the-top in only seeing the positive. Your font name doesn't exactly scream "objectivity".

P.S.
I wouldn't hitch my wagon to any one coach unless you plan to abandon GT if and when CPJ leaves. I hope he will be successful and be at GT for a long time, but if not I am a GT fan and not a CPJ fan.

Sorry my tag offends you so much. I was a fan of O'Leary and even Gailey when he was here. I don't consider looking at the positive on this issue, Dwyer leads in every rushing category except one, and that is to Spiller.

It's not uncommon to like or be a fan of a coach. He's been great at all the schools he has coached and I expect he will be great here too. Don't ever put my name in with an association with "bandwagon". I have been a fan of GT since I can remember and I always will be. I respect your opinion, but don't judge me based on my tag.

Isn't having Heather discourse on college football about like having our own "Mover" talk about women's shoes?

What gives?

John, gnats just called out your fashion sense.

BEAT HIS ASS.

Then dress him up nice.

Yes, but if she were really watching the fumbles I would argue that Nesbitt could share those fumbles because from what I have seen it was a bad mesh on 2 of them.
No, most of Jon's fumbles have been on his own when he's been hit after the handoff. He does fumble too much, and does Josh. We take care of the ball better and we will really be hard to stop.

She has as the top 3 running back as follows:

1. Cedrick Peerman-UVA
2. Antoine Smith-FSU
3. Jonathon Dwyer-GT

She is an absolute idiot. JD leads in every category in rushing, except YPC behind Spiller.

GT really needs to beat FSU next weekend. I am getting tired of ESPN etc. saying that FSU will win the ACC and "they're back" yet they needed a second half comeback to beat the worst team in the ACC.

HD is drinking that "hot-team fad" kool-aid:

Man...that Heather sure is an absolute idiot who really screwed up with that post. She could not have been more wrong, and we got to see it on the field today.

Think about this before the next time you rail on her.

Was it just me or was watching Pissman, Peerman (whatever the hell he's called) point up in the air after every play extremely annoying?? Jesus Christ just go back to the huddle and act like you've been there before! He seriously looked like he was on amphetamines today. :ugh:

Nevertheless, Heather got this one right, unfortunately, we had to find out the hard way this afternoon. :(

It was very over the top, especially when it was in the FIRST FREAKING QUARTER. To be honest, I'm surprised the crowd didn't start booing every time he did it. The guy does have skills though...he was a beast. Our D did not show up today, but part of that was because he is so good.

Did not mind his pointing to sky -- it is his way of honoring God. Read about it after watching him roll over UNC.

http://www.dailyprogress.com/cdp/sp..._football/article/the_power_of_peerman/28979/

Peerman, who often pointed to the sky after his runs to honor his religious faith, hoped his performance showcased his beliefs.
“Football is the way that God has blessed me to reach people that other people might not be able to reach,” he said. “There are a lot of kids out there that look up to athletes and look to them as role models.“I am trying to use football to be able to reach out to kids to show them a better way of living.”
