Heard a juicy rumor about VPI regarding the NCAA

Alabama boosters paid some players so Virginia Poly must vacate its empty trophy case. Seems very NCAAish.
 
Actually heard a rumor about this a few weeks ago but didn't think much of it. Where did you hear it? PM if you feel it warrants it.
 
Oh snap!!!! Yeah, if that's true they are in deep. Would have never though they would get caught with that.

Can we write to the NCAA and blow on the coals a little bit on this?

I heard they got forwarded to the VPISU compliance office this week
 
does this have anything to do with the situation where VPISU was trying to bribe an official to get an invite to the new Big East basketball conference?
