A couple of years ago, when it looked our special teams were in the crapper, Gailey started giving out Buzz stickers for good special teams plays. I didn't hear much about that afterwards.

Just because a coach starts handing them out doesn't mean many will get handed out if there aren't any good plays being made. I could see them reviewing the policy after a couple of weeks, trying to think of something positive to say about the special teams that year, and saying "Awwww, to Hell with it."
