Wut? He's talking about last year, when Ohio St did not win their conference but Penn St, which beat Ohio St, did. Yet the committee chose Ohio St.

MERCER played Auburn closer than UGA! Auburn 24 - Mercer 10.

- Mercer had like 100 more yards of offense.
- Mercer had the ball with a chance to tie with 8 minutes to go in the 4th quarter.
- CJ Leggett had more yards than Nick Chubb or Sony Michel.
- Mercer has only had a football team for like 3 years.

I think this Saturday's game between Mercer and Alabama is the real SECCG

Danielson said that he thinks UGA still controls their own destiny. Win out and they are in. So what if we beat them but then they beat Bama? No SEC team in the playoff?

That would be a pretty awesome scenario.

Bama would go as a 12-1 non conference champion, just like Ohio St. last year. This season's CFP will probably feature a two loss team as well.
