I'll agree that Rhodes has had more than his fare share of penalties the past two years but I will not fault him for the "dead ball" personal foul. He was attempting to block downfield when he blocked someone a split second BEFORE the whistle. I was mad at him when they called it but after watching the replay I realized that they called it because he hit the guy hard and we all know that's a penalty.
