It's homecoming, therefore it's football-related.

Did you guys get the email to vote for this year's musical act? Some big names. Personally, I'm most excited about Third Eye Blind. Brings back some memories.

Here's the list. Who's your top 3? I put Third Eye Blind, All-American Rejects, and Good Charlotte... I'm a whore for pop punk music.

The Bravery
Lil Jon (for the laughs)
 
1) STP-but really, pretty sure those guys are done being on stage together after their last tour/debacle
2)The Black Crowes- they are touring this fall... in ATL on Oct 3rd i think, but i guess its reasonable
3)ZBB-most realistic choice
 
I will be damned if I let some Mutt lover come and sing at our Homecoming. Zac Brown SHOULD NEVER be a choice!!

Maybe they should buck tradition and get some talented artists, instead of these guys.

not sure why youre calling zac brown a mutt. as far as i know he didnt go there or anything and ive never seen him wearing anything from either school. he doesnt mentions ugag in any song.

yes he played in athens a bunch, but hell lets face it, there are more country music fans in athens than at tech. he has played at a bunch of schools in georgia (kennesaw and w. ga to name a few).

maybe you are thinking of corey smith? that guy is a flaming mutt, but i dont really hate him. it makes me shiver when he brings up ugag in a song, but he's a good dude.

there are TONS of country songs that mention ugag. many have become big time hits. face it, country is bigger at that school than at ours.

zbb is amazing in concert by the way. i saw them at wild bills last year and it was one of the best shows ive ever been to, and ive been to around 50 shows in my 23 years. they sound as good live as they do on the radio.
