This link says all three and when you look at dining locations, the three listed are Britain, woodruff and edge. Regardless, I did this 2008-2009 it easily could have changed.Yeah, im gonna call BS on that
I worked at the AA while in grad school and did use their meals facilities, but if regular students had just come walking in im pretty sure they would be asked to leave

Eating together, socializing with your friends, meeting for an evening snack...all of this comes with your Freshman Meal Plan. Meal plans at Georgia Tech allow you access to Brittain, West Village, and North Avenue Community Restaurants on East and West campuses. These restaurants offer varied menus including made-to-order salads, sandwiches, homemade pasta, omelets, and more.
You will also find the best pizza in town, vegetarian choices, grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, ice cream, and more. Additionally, students can use their meal plan at Buzz-Buy to catch a quick lunch to go and at dinner in the Student Center Food Court.
