Don't know if this has been posted or not:

Basically, his lawyer (Manny Arora who earned a nuclear engineering degree from Tech in 1991 and works for Garland, Samuel & Loeb) wants him to be able to complete the two remaining courses required in order to get his degree.

He's working with the prosecution and the Feds as well as with Clough to see if they can get it worked out. He (Arora) said that getting back to school is their focus, not football.

Best of luck to RH in all of this....

Is this a great country or what?! Where else could a guy get a degree in NE, then get a law degree, then end up defending jocks who get into trouble?

That's what I was wondering too! I guess all that nuclear stuff got boring and he needed a little excitement in his life and law sounded like the ticket.

Lawbee, this isn't you by chance is it? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugher.gif

Clough ain't reviewing this issue until after school starts. Isn't he on vacation anyway!
