How do you feel about being unranked?

Its a knee jerk reaction to the game... (Miami shot up and we dropped dramatically) But I'm not sure we deserve to be ranked after that performance either. That game brought out a lot of questions for our team.

We were the underdog on Saturday, even though we were ranked ahead of UM at the time. That's what concerns me the most. We usually perform well as underdogs. I think our biggest jinx is being ranked. How many times have we crashed and burned after winning big games and jumping in or up in the polls?
 
If falling out of the polls motivates us more than getting beat by Miami, we've got problems. We are a top 20 team and the polls should reflect that. That being said, the polls are almost always wrong.
 
I only care about where we are ranked at the end of season after everything has be settled on the field. The only ranking I truly care about is being the best in the state.
 
Beat UNC and wer're back. Lose and we won't be back for a really long time.
 
Who cares about the ranking? It's only relevant if you are a BCS contender, and we're clearly not. Just win next week.
