new expression instead for someone slightly crazy:

"he's a few scholarships short of a full class"

I think I heard CPJ say in one of his recent pressers that the number is over 9000.

undersigning is KILLING us and is unacceptable... CPJ should be on the hot seat for this

freaking ga southern is out-recruiting us

No, they're not.

And PJ always keeps a couple of rides in his back pocket, in case of a transfer or to reward a walk-on, like a Robby Godhigh. He doesn't keep a lot back, only about two or three at the most.

according to rivals they are

Due to them having 18 commits.....our avg star rating is 2.64 putting us well ahead of them.

I am concerned that Syracuse, Wake Forest, and Pitt are all out recruiting us.

yup. Plus Beau Hankins and I thought Tyler Stargell was graduating and leaving with elligibility left.

They also have more scholarships available right now. We have a small senior class. We're not going to sign as many as they are. Besides, they were giving rides to guys who probably wouldn't merit getting one just to get to the number in their first year of transition.

i doubt they're getting anyone who is a take for us right now. They are not outrecruiting Tech. We're still in the running for some 4 stars (Jordan Woods) and for even bigger recruits (Demetris Robertson, though the chances are small). Southern isn't.

This is true, and it is more stupidity on CPJ's part.

We can not survive by NOT recruiting the most and best we can.

This jerk off O already prevents us from getting our needed number of OL, DL, and LB that we need.

But the powers that be want our teams to recruit on a lower level to try and save $.

But Coach says not to worry about stars. Then when Clempson whoops our ass he says that sometimes superior talent just wins.

You can't have it both ways...

yeah i think he knows that the top talent guys have stars. But what he is saying, and I agree, is you can have guys just as good that are 3 star. You just have to hit on them....we don't enough....and we don't get enough 4-5 star guys sprinkled in....but thats Tech...not just a CPJ problem

i woulda figured we would have had like 20 ships open with all the defections etc.
