I make my return

Coleman, I never had a problem with you thinking whatever you wanted about Chan or where the program was headed. The problem I had was the seeming disrespect you showed the players with some of your comments, in particular the Auburn deal. You were always one of my favorites from the MNC team and I was deeply disappointed that you would make that kind of comment publicly. But you've always been a part of the Tech tradition and you're always welcome at BDS.

You guys are letting CR off way too easy. Forget about his Auburn game comments, I'm still bitter about the illegal block in '92.

If more ex-players had spoken their minds about Gailey earlier, then maybe we wouldn't have had to wait SIX EFFING YEARS for something to be done.

I've seen a whole lotta gutlessness this last half-decade. The abject public silence from the lettermen has been sickening. If anyone out there thinks that this was helping Tech, and that speaking out publicly would have hurt Tech, you are an idiot. Maybe dumbass is a better description.

I only have to point to one fact. ZERO WINS VERSUS GEORGIA.

Yeah, we should've fired him after his first year.
The way some people express their opinion you'd think we've been going 3-9 all these years. Not saying CCG has done great, but it's not like our program is struggling.

I wouldn't use quite those harsh words, but I will say that if it was any other school of Tech's stature, the pressure from the media and alumni/lettermen likely would have meant that Taylor Bennett would have been throwing to Calvin Johnson last year(good thing or bad thing, depending on who you ask). Sometimes it takes people to speak out against what a program is doing to get it headed back in the right direction.

Thanks for the compliment bunger, see right there is the problem. You can't stand the fact that you don't know what is or what is not going on. Despite hickups along the way the lettermen are still a family that cares deeply about GT. There are certain words that we like to use such as Class, Honor, Respect.

See you don't know those words because they don't pertain to anything that your life is involved with. Bunger, you hate and it eats at you every day because no one here likes you or respects what you have to say. See you probably got kicked around alot as a kid. Heck you still might get kicked around now as an adult who knows. You still keep fighting for respect only knowing you will never get it. That must hurt deep down.

One more point a little one that it may be. I don't have to call anyone names in my post, You do because in some way it makes you feel somewhat of a man, a small one at that. Hopefully one day you will be able to put your pacifier down and take off your diapers and grow up. Nah! ain't going to happen. Your problems run way too deep.

Ouch. :laugher:

Nicely said. This is what bothers me the most about some posters. It is possible to debate and discuss without juvenile name calling.

Turns out Bunger used to sit a few rows in front of me in the Upper East before the last reseating. Recognized him from his engineer's cap. Seeing as fridgemover is probably 3x the size he is, I think this point is spot on. He's nothing but an internet tough guy hiding behind a keyboard.

Welcome back CR & hope you enjoy a wonderful day back at the Flats.... Maybe you can inspire the guys to get pumped for the game & to be ready for next week as we keep the .500 winning streak alive & end a losing streak to uga next saturday....GO JACKETS!

I thought CR tip toed on some interview comments during the game...Glad he didn't elaborate too much more on what the Defense was giving up....overall decent job.

Hey RefMo,

You 'da Man. Why don't you quit being a meely mouth and tell us how you really feel..

Funny you mention that. I've seen alot of gutlessness portrayed by keyboard commandos spewing vitriol. I guess it was just apporpriate that you said this, then.

BTW, *still* waiting on that "proof" that one of Gailey told one of his assistants that he was going to be fired at the end of the season.

There you have it!. This statement perfectly summarizes the "Acceptance of Mediocrity" crowd.

Bullsh!t. You have no clue where I stand. I actually want a coaching change too. I just don't spend my time bitching and whining like a little girl about every little thing like most people on the board do. And don't give me this accepting mediocrity crap.

tell it, RM...

these words are punchlines at parties for most who post on here and the other GT sites. There are people on this and other internet boards who absolutely cannot handle the truth. Man, we need you on that wall so we can go to bed each night in the blanket of freedom provided to us by men that Bunger and his ilk find grotesque.

BTW, did you order the "code red" on Dustin Varikunas (sp?).;)

I apologize. You are right that I don't know you. I should have realized that your original statement claiming Tech football not struggling under Gailey was simply heavy sarcasm.

My bad.

I managed to miss the comments made by Coleman when they were made. Rather, if I saw them I didn't know it was him making them.

In whatever case, it was nice seeing him, mover and Joe at halftime today.

When they called JD's name I turned to my wife (Who is still learning about most of Tech's history and such) and said "He was really, really good. I know him on the internet."

I think she thinks I'm awesome.
