I noticed Navy passed us as the NCAA rushing leaders

Think I saw we're in the Top 10 in total defense (still around 30 I think in dypp). If we can maintain anything close to that moving forward we're going to be a very hard team to beat - the rest of this season and moving forward.

Especially if we stop fumbling. We have had at least 3 memorable fumbles near the goal line already this season.
 
The offense is doing everything right - just need to clean up the fumbles
The defense is doing everything right, too - just need to work on redzone stops

We are last in D1 in fumbles and fumbles lost as of right now.... gonna need to clean it up now that we are in conference play

People are going to attribute that to the risk we run with our offense, but it hasn't really been the meshes or pitches that's been the problem. Just poor ball protection and getting stripped. Our actual offensive execution has been pretty damn good.
