to be admitted again, but has some sort of injury requiring treatment or surgery, what happens. I know what should happen morally, but what do the rules allow? Anyone?

If a student flunks out, he/she may apply for readmission after sitting out one term, exclusive of summer. If a SA flunks out, he/she is no longer on scholarship; therefore, NCAA rules have no bearing on medical treatments. I have personally seen former SA's in the GT Training Room after eligibility is gone. I also know of cases where GTAA "picked up the tab" on athletes who were seriously injured and unable to continue participation at GT. This is a "new day", however, so it may be different now.

The character and integrity thing at GT just makes me proud. We are a cut above the good teams, several dozen cuts above ugag.
