No way ESPN come to BDS over their beloved big 12 match up in the red river shootout. They would never let that one get away. It sucks, but it's a reality. Probably the game for the coastal in the ACC vs. Texas and OKIE and Texas and OKIE will get the go ahead. Lame.
 
We've got folks coming in town for the homecoming festivities and the game. Does anyone know if the schedule for the festivities 'floats' in with the "Toe meets leather" time or have hard times been put on the events leading up to the game?

Is there a window seat in Wardlaw that's not being used? The corner between the north and west stands? The quad between Swan, the Tower and the west stands? Peter's parking upper level? Brittain lawn? Somewhere closer to the stadium than the Campanile?

They'll adjust for the gametime. You'll just have to get up really really early if it's a noon game.
 
I'm praying for a 3:30 game. If the games at night and the featured game, I think that only goes to hurt us and favor VT.

Why do you think it hurts us and favors VPI? Isn't it in our house? Aren't fans usually more energetic the later it gets?

I'm not sure I see what you're going for here.

A noon game hurts us more than a night game. We'd of player two night games in a row, away no less. Their rhythm is going to get thrown forward half a day or more.
