If it doesn’t impact winning he doesn’t care

Some of this stuff is BS. They didn’t always wear suits under Collins. Whatever. Basically, this is branding/culture stuff with different focus. None of it matters unless it drives positive results.

2-0 isn't positive?

2-0 isn't positive?
A blind monkey could have improved the culture from what Collins had.

If the winning continues then Key gets all the credit in the world but it has nothing to do with wearing suits or not pre-game; the main point I was making is the suit thing wasn’t some vital thing under Collins.

A coach that’s winning can implement any change he wants - and get a pat on the back for it.

A coach that’s losing…

Yep. If he switched them to wearing suits the message would be, "Coach instills discipline in everything we do, and that includes dressing professionally before the game."

Personally I do enjoy seeing people get dressed up but it really doesn't matter at all in the grand scheme of things.

Not a fan of this

To me, depends how far he takes it. Values are important, integrity is important. A good coach builds character in their student athletes. Life is bigger than football. If he's just thinking about getting rid of BS distractions though, I'm for it.
